     Chicken Fajitas

2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, in slices
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lemon
salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning to taste
olive oil
grazed Monterey Jack cheese
sour cream
refried beans
8 tortillas
Anything else you'd like to add

Chop the bell peppers and onions. Season with salt, pepper, Cajun, and squeeze fresh lemon juice. Cut the chicken into slices. Season with salt, pepper, Cajun, and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
Heat frying pan to high. Add enough oil to cover the pan. Add chicken and let cook until cooked (8 minutes). Add vegetables. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Heat up tortillas and keep them warm. Serve chicken fajitas and add cheese, guacamole, beans, and any other home favourite!
