Mix pancake mix with cinnamon, water, and 2 tsp of the vanilla syrup in the shaker jar and let sit for 15 minutes
Warm with cream cheese with 1/2 tsp vanilla syrup in microwave.
Heat up a nonstick pan and pour in the batter. Tilt the pan or spread the batter to make one large pancake. When bubbles are coming through (like regular pancakes), flip it. Cook it and then use a spatula to cut it in half in the pan. Spread one side with the cream cheese and then top with 1T Walden Farms Blueberry Spread (or Strawberry!) I used a butter knife and cut the spread in thin slices over the cream cheese. Put the other half of the pancake on top. I then put a lid on the pan and let it warm for a minute. Slide onto a plate and enjoy!
