     Teriyaki Halibut

Ingredients
7 oz Halibut (or any fish)
Cayenne, to taste
1 – 2 teas. Teriyaki sauce
1/2 teas. Sesame seeds, optional
 

Instructions
Sprinkle fish with cayenne and baste with teriyaki sauce. Sprinkle with a few toasted sesame seeds if you want. Place on a piece of tin foil 4 inches under pre-heated broiler for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and wrap in tin foil until ready to serve (this will continue to cook the fish).
