     CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients
6 oz cooked (rotisserie chicken is great here)
2 cups RS, RF chicken broth
1.5 cups chopped celery
1.5 Cups veggie of your choice
1/4 onion wedge (remove before eating)
1 clove crushed garlic.
 

Instructions
Bring all ingredients to a boil except chicken, and let simmer until veggies are tender. Pull out the onion, add chicken and heat through.
