Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Set
aside. In another bowl, combine the topping
ingredients.
Pour the filling into a buttered baking dish. Top
with the topping. Bake for 30-40 minutes until
golden brown.
