     St. James Baked Beans

Ingredients
6 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
16 oz can pork and beans, drained
16 oz can lima beans, drained
15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
10 oz package sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
 

Instructions
In small skillet, saute bacon and onions until bacon is crisp and onions are lightly browned. Drain well
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingreadients
Add bacon and onion mixture and mix well
Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees
