Use chicken breast whole or cut into strips or bite size nuggets.
Melt Butter
Finely crush the cheese its
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
|

Dip the chicken into the butter then roll in the cheese its. Place on baking sheet Repeat process till done. If any butter and cheese its left then mix together and drop onto baking sheet of chicken for extra crunchies.

|
|
Place in oven till done. Poke the chicken and it the juices run clear it is done. Remove from oven and serve.

|
This is very good warmed back up and even cold so fix a lot you will want it.

I like all kinds of stuff with this but I think my favorite is Potato wedges and brussel sprouts smothered in butter
