put peanut butter in large mixing bowl, add powdered sugar a litle at a time, keep adding til it begins to crumble, do a taste sample. Using your hands make round balls til bowl is empty, put back in bowl and freeze for a hour.
Turn stove on medium low heat, add a little water as needed, add chips and let melt constantly stirring, you want it smooth and creamy, thats why add a litle water to get it that way, don't make it watery though
tear of long peice of wax paper and lay across counter, remove bowl of balls from freezer. place 3-4 balls in chocalate, cover ball, spoon out and put on waxed paper, repeat until finished using all the balls. let sit a few minutes then finished ready to eat.
