     Fresh Unpeeled Apple Cake

Ingredients
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
4 cups diced unpeeled apples
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Batter will be thick.
Put in sprayed 9 by 13 pan and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar, brown sugar and cinn.
Bake 45-50 min. at 360 degrees
