1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1 10 oz can diced tomatoes & green chilies (do not drain)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained

1/2 cup sliced green onions

Instructions |

Put the cheeses in a microwaveable bowl, microwave on high 5 min. or until all cheese is melted. Stir after 3 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, beef and onions. Serve with Chips, crackers, or assorted fresh vegetables.
