Make dressing early in the day, by combining all ingredients, mix well and refrigerate.
Toast sesame seeds and almonds in 350 degree oven until golden. Set aside.
Combine shredded cabbage, onions, and uncooked noodles. Mix lightly. Before serving, add dressing, seeds and nuts. Toss lightly and serve immediately. Noodles will get soft if it stands too long.
