     Caramel Apple Crisp

Ingredients
8 peeled and sliced apples
1 cup sugar
1/8 cup tapioca
1/8 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 tsp salt
1 Tbl melted butter
1 Tbl Real lemon
 
28 caramels melted with 2 Tbl water
Crunch Topping-
1 cup, brown sugar, oatmeal, flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt, baking powder
1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions
Mix first 9 ingredients and put in 9x9 pan. Pour melted caramels over apples.
Mix together crunch topping, leaving out the butter. Put on caramel sauce, drizzle the butter over all, and bake in slow over at 300 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
