     Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
5 cups rhubarb, cut up
3 cups sugar
1 3oz pkg strawberry jello
 

Instructions
Let rhubarb come to a boil over low heat. Add sugar and stir til dissolved. Bring to a boil, let boil for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and add jello, stirring well until dissolved. Put in jars and seal.
