Remove the thin membrane from the back of each rib.
season ribs all over with rub, then rap in plastic wrap and put in
frig for 1 to 3 hrs.
grill over indirect low heat (grill temp should be around 300F) 1
1/2 to 2 hrs
transfer ribs to a baking sheet and tightly cover with foil. let rest
for 30mins
