     Walnut/Raisin Biscotti

Ingredients
1/2 c butter or margerine
1 1/3 c sugar
4 eggs
4 c flour
2 t cinnamon
2 t vanilla
4 t baking powder
1 coarsely ch walnuts
1 c raisins or cranberries
 
chocolate chips
Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar when toasting

Instructions
Blend together in mixer, add nuts and raisins last. Chill 1-2 hrs. Form 4 rows on greased pan. Bake 350 18-20 min. Slice diagonally every 1/2 inch while warm. Toast at 300 for 10 minutes on each side, turn off oven and leave in overnight. Makes 4-5 dozen. Keep in airtight container or freeze.
