Using a box of Sure-Jell, follow recipe for strawberry jam, except add 1/2 cup more strawberries.
After it has cooked, set off the heat for 5 minutes. Stir!!! This eliminates all foam and the berries suspend better. Put pack on the burner, simmer 2-3 min., can, and seal.
I always put the jam in the jars and freeze it.
