Wash and dry jars. As you put the bologna into the jar,turn it so it spirals in. Fill to just below the neck of the jar. (be sure there is room for the meat to expand as it makes it's own juices). Do not add water.

Boil the lids for the jars in a small pan. Wipe the mouth of each meat filled jar to ensure that it is clean (will not seal if not clean). Put the lids on, screw on ring (not too tight).

Put in canner and run water up to the neck of the jars. Once it gets to a rolling boil, set timer for 3 hours and continue to boil. Once finished cool. Check seals.

If a jar happened to not seal- it's dinner tonight -)
