In a large skillet met butter over med-high heat. Crack eggs and cook to your desired firmness. Just before eggs are cooked put a slice of cheese on top of each egg
After cheese has melted. Place egg on a slice of toasted bread. Season egg with salt and pepper. Spread mayo and ketchup on remaining slice of toasted bread, and cover egg with toasted bread. Serve warm
You can add sausage or bacon to sandwich
