Give as gift-
combine sugar and flour; place in an airtight plastic bag. Tie with ribbon and label dry ingredients.
Place chocolate morsels, coconut, and pecans in a second airtight plastic bag; tie with ribbon and label chocolate packet. Place both bags in a decorated box or colorful bag tied with ribbon.
Yield- one 2-bag gift.
Directions for gift recipe card-
Combine 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine, dry ingredient packet, and 2 large eggs; stir unitl dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in cholcoate packet, and spoon mixture into 9-inch pastry shell.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
Yield one 9-inch pie.
