1- 10.75 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1- 1.25 package of beef with onion soup
1- 4-5 ounce can of mushrooms, drained
1 heaping Tablespoon of minced Garlic
14 ounces of Beef Broth
3-5 Cups of Water
1- 12 ounce package of Frozen wide noodles
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
Place roast in the crockpot, sprinkle Onion Soup Mix on Top. Add Mushroom Soup, Garlic and smear on top of the roast. Add Beef Broth.Put on low 9-10 hours
Remove lid and shred beef using two forks. Add noodles and enough water to mostly submerged the noodles. Cook for another hour.
Salt and pepper season to taste.
