     Mashed Cauliflower 2

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower cut into 1 inch cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Penzey's Forward spice
1 bunch of green onions cut into 1 inch slices
3-4 cloves of garlic minced
1-2 TBSP Butter Buds
1-2 TBSP Milk
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients and spread on a baking sheet sprayed non-stick cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until soft.
Pull out of the oven and put in a food processor with butter buds and milk. Blend until it's a creamy consistency.
