2-3 lbs. round steak
|
| |
2 pkg. onion soup mix
|
| |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 oz.)

1 soup can water
|

Instructions |

Trim fat and cut steak into 5 or 6 serving size pieces.
Place in crockpot
|
|
|
|
Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup.
|
|
|
|
Cover and cook 6-8 hrs.
|
|
|
|
If you want less gravy use 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 can mushroom shoup, 1/4 cup water.
