Slice jalapenos lengthwise and remove the seeds and veins. If you like hotter peppers, leave the veins.

Combine the dry ingredients with the cream cheese. Mix well and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

Fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture and pile half an inch high. Wrap each filled pepper half with one piece of the bacon, making sure to wrap the complete pepper lengthwise.

|
|
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. All to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
These can be grilled and served with your favorite chops or steaks. Place over the coals until the bacon is fully cooked , turning as needed.
