     Asparagus and Snap Pea saute

Ingredients
2 lbs asparagus
1 1/2 lbs sugar snap peas
kosher salt
ground pepper
red pepper (optional)
sea salt for serving
 

Instructions
Cut ends off asparagus and slice diagonally in 2 inch pieces. Snap off the stem ends of snap peas and pull string down the length. Warm olive oil in large pan over medium heat and vegies and seasoning. Cook about 10 min until crisp and tossing occasionally. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve hot
