Mix the crust ingredients. Divide into four parts. Set overnight in refrigerator.
Mix filling reserving 1 egg white to baste the crust.
Roll out crust, each 5x10 (approx) and fill with filling. Seal edges of crust by dampening one of the side with water so it will stick. Bsste the top crust, then sprinkle with additional sugar. Bake at 375F for 10 minutes, then 325F for 20 minutes.
