     Medifast - Mousse

Ingredients
1/3 cup snowy crushed ice. (The ice must be white and fluffy, not chips)
1/3 cup gelatin (prepared and set)
1/3 cup water
MF Shake packet
 
Instructions
First crush the ice in your blender (I use HealthMate or Magic Bullet). Then add the MF packet, the water, add the gelatin, and blend for 3 minutes. It requires a long blending time to aerate. You will see the shake expand in volume and become a lighter color when it is done.
I think that if you increased the crushed ice and reduced the water this may come out very much like the soft serve. It is the gelatin which makes it creamy. So far I have come close to soft serve but its really more like a mousse. This also makes a HUGE portion compared to the soft serve.
