4 8 oz raw bonesless, skinless chicken breasts or strips
6 cups broccoli
1/8 cup water
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Seasoning rub
4 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
To make seasoning rub. Combine the garlic, rosemary, black pepper, water, and olive oil. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Rub the chicken with mixture, then cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. While over warms, combine 1/8 cup water, 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, and 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Pour half this mixture in the bottom of a small roasting pan. Place chicken breasts in pan and pour remaining balsamic vinegar mixture over chicken. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Steam broccoli and serve on the side.
