     Italian Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup spinach chopped
1/4 cup chopped mushroom
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup spagetthi squash cut fine to represent noodles
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1 ounce low fat romano cheese
2 ounce cooked shredded chicken
 

Instructions
This is a good base recipe, but you could pretty much swap any of the veggies out, or reduce the spinach to 1/4 cup to add 1/4 cup of tomatoes for a more minestrone type soup. I add 2 cloves of garlic because I'm a garlic-aholic, which would change it to 3 condiments. I'm having it tonight with some extra lean on the side. Don't necessarily have to drink all the broth if you're full.
Serving Suggestions
2 condiments, 3 veggies, 3 ounces Lean (3 ounces left over)
