Pound chicken breasts to about 1/3 inch thick. Place Turkey bacon on breast then 1 LC Wedge. Roll up; securing with a toothpick. Dip each breast-roll into Egg Beaters, then roll in Parmesan cheese and place in baking dish(sprayed with cooking spray). Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until browned and tender.
If you have them, you can also use the MF crackers (crushed of course) as a breading for the chicken. It uses your snack for the day, but it's good.
