     Sour Cream Corn Bread

Ingredients
3/4 C corn meal
1 C flour
1 t soda
1 t salt
2 1/2 T sugar
1 C sour cream
2 T melted butter
4 T milk
1 egg, well beaten
 
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients well. Add beaten egg, milk, sour cream and melted butter. Pour into greased 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
