Mix the 1st four ingredients to taste
Add hot dogs - mixed in or on top if desired
Place bacon strips on top
Bake 350 for 40 minutes OR
Microwave High 3-4 min; stir then microwave Med 16-18 min or OR mix everything together and let it cook on stove med/low until warm
