     Lemon Christmas Cookies

Ingredients
1 ½ cup Crisco
1 ¼ cup sugar
3 egg yolks
¼ cup milk
3 to 3 ½ cups flour
2 Tablespoons lemon extract
 
Instructions
Combine ingredients in mixer in order listed. Chill dough at least 2 hours.
Roll and cut out dough. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for about 7 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet a few minutes before removing.
