1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped (substitute leftover shredded turkey)
|
|
1 green pepper, diced
|
|
½ cup Tastefully Simple Chipotle Queso Dip Starter (or your favorite salsa)
|
|
½ cup milk
|
|
8 oz. Velveeta Mild Mexican Cheese, cubed
|
|
10 flour tortillas
|
|
Shredded lettuce (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook and stir chicken in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through.
|
|
|
Add green pepper and cook for another minute.
Reduce heat to medium-low.
|
|
|
Add salsa, milk and Velveeta.
Cook and stir until Velveeta is completely melted.
|
|
|
Spoon mixture down center of tortillas and roll up. Garnish with lettuce.
