Add Beer Bread Mix to 7-up in a bowl. Quickly and firmly stir together for 20-30 seconds.

Fold in butterscotch chips.
Spread batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan.
Pour melted butter on top.
Sprinkle Caramel Cinnamon Sprinkles on top.

|
|
Bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool for 30 minutes before slicing.

|
|
Eat as is or slice, dip in egg, and cook on a griddle for Fabulous French Toast.
