     Hot Crab Dip

Servings   4 cups of dip

Ingredients
½ lb (8oz) (16-18 crabs) Crabmeat
1- 8 oz pkg. Cream cheese softened
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbls (Italian) salad dressing
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp dry mustard
pinch of garlic salt
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
 
1 Tbls milk
Paprika for garnish

Instructions
Remove cartilage from crabmeat. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make mixture creamy.
Fold in crabmeat into cream mixture. Stir in 2 Tbsp of grated cheese.
Pour into a greased 1 qt casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes until bubbly and brown.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with crackers.
