Preheat oven to 350 Unroll 1 can of crescent dough and press on 13x9 pan. Press seams together.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla, egg, and half cup of sugar on med speed until blended, Spread on crust.
Unroll remaining can of crescent dough, roll out on wax paper and press seams together form to fit 13x9 pan. Place on the cream cheese layer for top crust.
Bake 350 for 30-35 min or until golden brown. Combine remaining cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top of cut squares.
