     Olive Garden Toscana Soup

Ingredients
3/4 c Onions diced
1 slice bacon diced
1 1/4 tsp garlic minced
1 oz chicken boullian
1 qt water (4 cups)
2 med potatoes cubed
2 cups kale chopped
1 1/2 c sausage precooked and cut
3/4 c heavy whipping cream
 

Instructions
Place onions and bacon in 4 qt pan cook over med heat till onions are clear, add garlic and cook for 1 min. Pour chicken boullian, water, potatoes and bring to a simmer for 15 min, add meat, kale, and cream simmer for 5 more min.
