     Home-Made Granola

Ingredients
4 cups oatmeal
1 cup coconut
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup raisins
 

Instructions
Mix oatmeal, coconut, sesame seeds, and walnuts together in a large bowl. Pour in honey, oil and vanilla. Using your fingers, mix until blended. Spread out on un-greased cookie sheet and bake at 250-300 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and add raisins.
Fun Note- Judy used to make this when Meg, Jen and Andy were little and they would fight over which one of them got to lick the left-over honey, oatmeal mixture from the bowl, as well as what was on their mom's hands!
