     Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
3 lbs beef cubes
1 cup Burgundy wine
2 cans beef consume
24 oz can mushrooms and juice
1 white onion
Salt and Pepper
3 to 4 Tbsp flour
Egg Noodles.
 

Instructions
Coat beef cubes in flour and brown in a skillet. Place into a casserole dish.
Mix wine, consume, muchrooms and juice together and pour over meat. Skin and slice onion into thin strips and place over top of meat mixture. Add lid and place in over.
Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Prior to bringing out of over, cook noodles according to package. Serve beef mixture over egg noodles.
