Mix sugar and cream cheese, then add Cool Whip. (A)
Crush oreos into small pieces.(B)
Mix chocolate and vanilla pudding and milk in a blender until smooth. (C)
In a flower pot, or clear tall bowl, layer the incredients- A, B, C, A, B and C.
Garnish with gummy worms or fake flowers.
Chill in fridge before serving.
