     Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 stick real butter
2 tbs TSTE Vik's Garlic Fix
1 lb shrimp (peeled and devained)
 
Instructions
Heat oil and butter until butter melts
Add Vik's Garlic Fix and stir well
Ass shrimp and stir well with mixture
Simmer on med/low heat 5-10 minutes stirring often
