Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds. In a large bowl, combine the egg, salsa, chips, onion, cilantro, chili pepper, garlic and cumin. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well; lightly brown beef in a skillet. Spoon mixture into peppers.
Put peppers into bread pans with about 1 inch of water in each pan. Cover with foil and Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
or use a pressure cooker.
