5 cups broccoli florets

5 cups cauliflower florets
|

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2/3 cup chopped red onion

1 cup mayo
|

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
|

1/4 cup sunflower seeds
|

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl toss broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, onion and raisins.
|

In a separate bowl combine mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour over salad - toss to coat.
|
|
|
Cover and refridgerate for 1 hour. Mix in bacon and sunflower seeds before serving.
