Mix dry ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir in water. Take the two brownie trays and spray them lightly with cooking spray (I like butter flavor.) Fill each with 1/4 of the batter. Cook in microwave on high 1 1/4 minutes - one at a time. Pop the muffin out of the tray and on to a cooling rack. Re-spray the trays and fill with remaining batter.
Note- this also works with the regular pancake mix but you don't get as many crunchy chocolate chips. To help use up my regular pancake mixes, I would do 1 regular pancake mix and one chocolate chip pancake mix.
