     Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 lb thinly sliced mushrooms
2 T butter or marg
4 eggs
1 c sour cream
1 c small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c gr parmesan cheese
4 T flour
1 t onion powder
1/4 t salt
 
4 drops tabasco sauce
2 c shr monterey jack cheese (1/2 lb)
6 oz fresh or frozen crab, drain or salmon

Instructions
Saute mushrooms in butter and drain. Processor or blender add eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan, flour, seasonings. Pour mix into large bowl, stir in much and monterey cheese and crab. Pour into 9-10 inch quiche dish or 9 1/2 inch pie plate. Bake 350 45 min til knife near center comes out clean. It will brown and puff up. Let stand 5 min. Only puffs a little so you can fill tins almost to the top.
