Saute mushrooms in butter and drain. Processor or
blender add eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan,
flour, seasonings. Pour mix into large bowl, stir in much
and monterey cheese and crab. Pour into 9-10 inch
quiche dish or 9 1/2 inch pie plate. Bake 350 45 min til
knife near center comes out clean. It will brown and puff
up.
Let stand 5 min. Only puffs a little so you can fill tins
almost to the top.
