     Yeast Biscuits

Ingredients
2-21/2 cup self rising flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup lard
1 tsp yeast in 1/4 cup water
1 cup milk with 1tsp viniger
 

Instructions
Cut lard into dry ingrediants
add viniger to milk and let stand add yeast and water together let stand let these stand as you prepare dry ingrediants
Mix in wet with dry and let rise till double in size
Turn out on floured surface cut and let rise again bake at 425 for 10 - 12 minutes
