Over medium heat melt butter, sugar and corn syrup together. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Stir mixture into Special K cereal.
Spray fingers with non stick spray and form cookies. Lay out on wax paper until cool. Store in air tight bag or container with wax paper between layers.
