Process butter, flour, sugar and baking power.
Add oats, coconut, walnuts and mix til crumbly.
Press 1/2 mix into pan, top with jam then crumbs.
Bake 25-30 min until lightly brown. Center may seem soft
but will set up when cool. 13 x 9 greased pan. 350
Can cut recipe in half.
