     Bailey's Irish Cream Bars

Ingredients
1 Box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
3 Eggs
2/3 Cup Bailey's Irish Cream, plus another 1/4 Cup
1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
Couple Drops of Green Food Coloring
1 Package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
 
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and have ready a 15x10x1 Jelly roll pan
Mix cake batter, eggs, oil and the 2/3 cup Irish Cream. Set aside 1/2 cup of the batter for swirling. Pour remaining batter in pan.
Add food coloring to the reserve batter as well as the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup Irish Cream and blend together.
Drop spoonfuls of the reserve batter into the pan and swirl with a fork. Bake 25-30 mins.
