1 cup salad oil
|

2 cups sugar
|

3 eggs
|

2 cups pumpkin
|
|
3 cups flour
|

1/2 tsp salt
|

1/2 tsp baking powder
|

1 tsp baking soda
|

1 tsp each - cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 3 loaf pans (7-1/2 x 3-1/2 x 2-1/2)
|

On medium speed beat sugar and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well until light and fluffy.
|
|
|
Beat in pumpkin, add flour and spices on low speed.
|
|
|
Pour into 3 loaf pans. Bake 40-60 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans. Can be frozen (wrap in plastic).
